Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order along with our postal address and simple instructions on how to package and send your clothing to us. As soon as your parcel arrives safely, we’ll let you know before carefully creating your keepsake.

The amount depends on the keepsake you’ve chosen. Each product page includes a guide to how many clothing items are needed. If you’re unsure, simply get in touch and we’ll be happy to advise before you order.

Our standard turnaround is approximately 4 weeks from the day we receive your clothing. We also offer an Express Service on selected keepsakes if you need your order sooner.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to include notes with your clothing if there are special pieces, logos or patterns you’d like featured. We’ll always do our best to include your requests while ensuring your keepsake looks balanced and beautiful.

Yes. Unless you ask us not to, we’ll return any unused clothing with your finished keepsake wherever possible.
